I walked past my Prelude today.... same place she's been for 3 weeks.

Those headlights look awesome dude. Did you paint the top half of the inner area black? Looks sweet

put a clear bra over them once you have them as clear as you can get them, it saves you from needing to clean them again

took it to cars and coffee, filled it up and washed it today. i need to go put on my i <3 driving slow sticker though... and some domo ones.

I went out for the night, then on the way home the lude and I showed a pontiac fiero what's up. Damn American ricers.

Yea, I've been looking into that... Just gotta decide what I want to do.

Put my high flow cat on today, replacing the resonated test pipe that was on the car when I bought it:





Also washed it for the first time since before Christmas, which is very unlike me, because the car is usually washed once a week.

They usually dont just go away but I have had one turn off before haha. I think if its still pending it will turn off but if is full on then it must be cleared.

Huh, because when I had the test pipe on, it went off by itself a couple times. I might just go to work tomorrow and clear it, then. Just to be on the safe side, lol.

I dont miss the 400ft bbq pit of an exhaust at all.

No pics, but finally got off my ass and changed my starter.

CELs for O2 sensors and catalyst efficiency will reset themselves, but it takes a while. Back before my cat went bad my CEL would come on for cat. efficiency, it'd go away after a month or so and stay off for a month or so, then come back on for a month.

Well there we go now we know. Thanks for the insight on that. No picture yet but had my garage door lower lip torn off today in the snow.

As long as it didn't damage the real lip when it came off...

Went to drive to work, noticed an oil slick as I pulled out of my parking spot. Crank seal went, engine is bleeding oil.

900 miles short of the 200k mark.

Polished my muffler- Been using turtle wax metal polish - amazing stuff.

Did a quick wash and dry.

Removed my previously reversed trunk tensioners to get rid of the pressure on the cf trunk. I've got something in the works for it though!!!

Ordered new front turn signals, Clear ones... (my stock are cracked)

Discovered my drivers seat is broken
So with my tax return - seems i'll be ordering some new "seat(s)" ...cheap ones at the least :/

Pondered at my car...... and got some amazing ideas for you all. I'll be pushing my tax return to give a little something back to the community (i'll have WRITE-UPS SOON?!?!?)

me, i am working on stripping brackets to get redone. sucks the big ones lol but my lude is parked for now and im driving the beater truck for fun right now. had to fill it up though before work and some ass hole in a civic almost merged right into me, shoulda let him hit me and got the money. the dude was on his fucking bluetooth not paying attention! scared the shit out of him though!

So - my 'lude is gutted......

Threw in some Sea Foam for kicks to see if it would do any good.

Just had a small poof of white on the initial filling through one of the intake manifold lines - otherwise it was pretty clean after it sat for 10 minutes and I started her right up without any issue. Drove off and it just looked like a very slight burning oil trail. Only noticeable difference is in sound: before it would start to bubble (or sound like it's about to backfire) when I went to downshift. That sound is no longer there and in 5th gear it's not as loud.


Finally got around to installing my DIY plugs for my interior quarter panels and glued my rear deck (fabric was just sitting before). I've only got pics of the panels for now

Lastly - a few odds n ends came in, and I replaced my interior passenger tweeter cover...after having the newer one sit in my room for a year (thanks again Jason)

Those plugs have got to be one of the cleanest uses of something originally intended to do something else. Well done good sir!

I took off my rack yesterday, was gonna wash it but it was supposed to rain today and it woulda messed up my entire wash :'(
