Idle Problems -_- Empty Idle Problems -_-

Guys/Gals, I need help.
When I do a cold start, at idle, it'll rev to 3k and stay there and then, whenever the engine heats up, it won't go under 1.5K. It hasn't done this until here recently.
I'm so confused, and pretty concerned.

Ideas/Solutions?

Have you tried cleaning the IACV and FITV? Did someone mess with the idle adjustment screw, even possibly accidentally?

I cleaned one of those in the Fall, I don't remember doing the other one. The only way I could see the screw being messed with is it somehow being turned from vibrations or something, but, that's it. I haven't messed with anything under the hood in a while.
I guess I'll clean out those valves again.
