Actually a really good question, and I've never heard of anyone doing that. The Prelude and Accord share a chassis(5th gen) so it's possible, though I think it might be unlikely.
Re: Rear Roof Window Spoiler Visor
^x2 I would think the rear window of the 5th gen is a little wider than most accords that had rear window visors, I could of course be wrong.

Sensitive alarm with remote alert is all I can think of. There's no real way of mounting them to completely avoid them being removed. If someone tries hard enough to get it off, they will.

Put in on the rear deck inside your car?
That's a pretty hard item to protect from theft. Have a really touchy two-way alarm, but you'd end up with a lot of false positives.

Oh man I'd kill if I had something this rare and have it stolen.

Re: Rear Roof Window Spoiler Visor
I have one. There is no way it can really be taken off the car without being broken into bits.
I have been considering letting people take measurements of mine to reproduce, but that would take a lot of motivation on my part plus someone I could trust not to run off with it.
