Re: Press10's Progress Thread
does someone want the flushmount???
im straight forward when i sell stuff so the problems with it are a slight crack on part of it from overtightening and the trunk being closed too hard (windy day and i had my laptop back there put it up grabbed my bag brother in law started talking to me boom wind caught it and slammed it down), one of the bolts only tightens down about half the way, not sure how but it got stripped inside the spoiler, so it gets somewhat tight then just spins... kinda annoying but it has stayed on. the weather stripping i attempted to redo myself... not the best of jobs but it has been working... you would want to redo it yourself... few scratches on it, and seeing as how its a flushmount im pretty sure underneath the spoiler is dirty as shit... oh and the spoiler will leak into the trunk, i tried putting a little grommet seal thing in the spot wehre the usdm spoilers wiring goes through, but it obviously doesnt work really well.
i will include all wiring and nuts and such so you dont have to splice the USDM harness over to the wiring and you get to keep the Stock spoiler in good condition. the middle bolt has already been removed so you dont have to drill into your trunk for a center support.
overall i do like the spoiler, just wanted to go raised again not sure why lol

Re: Press10's Progress Thread
Your honesty is greatly appreciated lol. I may purchase it from you as the condition of my stock spoiler is pretty poor. It's ridiculously scratched up compared to the rest of the paint. It looks like the previous owner was just sliding things around on the spoiler.
Re: Press10's Progress Thread
lol well i honestly wasnt planning on selling it with the problems it has, but if you want it i guess ill have to come up with a price to sell it for
that sucks man, i still have my USDM one... its wrapped up in a microfiber towel, in 2 large black garbage bags and still in mint condition lol i am just a little crazy when it comes to storing parts still have my greddy exhaust as well >.> that was cleaned up and is just sitting in my room lol right next to the original xbox and my mats while i have my winter ones in

Re: Press10's Progress Thread
no i have a Ti-c. and its too loud for my taste... it was also the reason i have ever been pulled over, it was for a "modified exhaust" granted it was about 11 at night and i made the mistake of pulling out of the post office in front of a cop... asshole got me right after my street... i knew i shouldn't have gone for tacos that night... only got a warning though i played dumb and said it came on the car and this was the first i had heard about it lol
and it melted my rear lip pretty bad... so i pulled it off.

I feel like there could be a few sexual innuendos in this.
