Enable/Disable Avatars in Preferences

i think we should be able to enable or disable viewing others avatars and signatures just because some members view it at work and everyone seems to have joined the sexy avatar revolution nowadays. not a problem, but google chrome doesn't protect me from people standing behind me!

Well, I'm talking to the higher ups on the forumotion forums haha. We'll see what they say, however it's looking like I may have to make some rules in the long run when it comes to avatars. I want this forum to be SFW....
