Tried to find a solution to something for pierce, but he found the solution himself

Added FS section, rules. READ THE RULES!!! I'll know if you didn't, just ask Tim.
Changed first unread post button icon so Press10 wouldn't be bothered by the gray square behind th green dot. It is now an envelope, and it is staying that way.

The button that says "merci" I believe... That, or on the right side of the posts there are little plus and minus buttons...
